A front-facing photo with good natural light gives our artists the most detail to work with. If we have any questions about your image or need a clearer one, we’ll always reach out to you before we begin crafting—we want to make sure we get your furry friend just right!

Are these portraits printed or generated?

Not at all. Every single portrait is 100% painted by hand, one at a time, by a real artist. We never use printing or AI generation. It’s a slow, careful process because we know just how much these little creatures mean to you.

What is included with my purchase?

Each piece arrives as a complete, gift-ready set. You will receive:

Why does my pearl pendant look slightly uneven or not perfectly round?

That is the beauty of nature! We use genuine natural pearls, which are never perfectly round. Their surfaces feature subtle, uneven textures rather than a flat, manufactured curve, making your custom piece truly one-of-a-kind.

How long will it take to receive my custom pendant?

Because each piece is custom-made and painstakingly painted by hand, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Good things take time, and we appreciate your patience!
