Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. Once our artists complete your painting, we will email you a digital preview for your review. We only ship your artwork once you’ve approved every detail. If it’s not perfect, we will make the necessary adjustments until you are completely happy with it.
Can I use a candid or phone-camera photo?
Absolutely! You don't need a professional studio photo. As long as your pet’s face and expression are clear, our artists can work their magic. For the best results, try to use a photo with good lighting where your pet is looking at the camera. If you're unsure about your photo, feel free to upload it, and our team will review it before we begin.
How long does the entire process take?
Because every piece is meticulously hand-painted with professional-grade oils, art takes time. Typically, it takes about 1-2 weeks for our artists to complete the painting. Once you approve the preview, your custom portrait is carefully packaged and shipped to your door. You will receive a tracking number the moment your masterpiece is on its way.
What if I want to include multiple pets in one portrait?
We would love to capture your entire furry family! You can absolutely request a portrait with multiple pets. When uploading your photos, please provide clear shots of each pet, and our master artists will beautifully compose them into a single, harmonious masterpiece.
Do you use AI or digital printing?
Never. At Muse & Paw, every single portrait is 100% hand-painted by master artisans using premium oil paints on high-quality canvas. We believe in the irreplaceable soul and texture of real brushstrokes—no AI, no machine prints, just pure artistic devotion to your pet.

Not at all. Every single portrait is 100% painted by hand, one at a time, by a real artist. We never use printing or AI generation. It’s a slow, careful process because we know just how much these little creatures mean to you.

Why does my pearl pendant look slightly uneven or not perfectly round?
That is the beauty of nature! We use genuine natural pearls, which are never perfectly round. Their surfaces feature subtle, uneven textures rather than a flat, manufactured curve, making your custom piece truly one-of-a-kind.
How long will it take to receive my custom pendant?

Is the portrait securely attached to the beanie?
Yes, the wool portrait is needle-felted directly into the knit structure and firmly attached, ensuring it will not fall off.

Since each piece is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork, production is completed within 3–5 business days.
