At Muse&Paw, we celebrate the unique bond between you and your pets through personalized art and hand-crafted gifts. Because every item in our collection is 100% made-to-order and handcrafted, please note our production and shipping timelines below.

1. Production & Hand-Crafting Time

To ensure the highest quality, all our products—including Hand-Painted Oil Portraits, Pearl Jewelry, Wool Felt Art, and Ceramic Memorials—require dedicated artistry and time.

 • Hand-Crafting Time: Each piece is meticulously created by our artists. This process typically takes 1–3 weeks to complete before it is ready for dispatch.

 • Email Approval (For Portraits): Once your hand-painted artwork is finished, we will send a digital proof to your email for confirmation.

 • Shipping Trigger: We will arrange shipment once you have approved the hand-painted artwork to ensure your total satisfaction.

 • Auto-Approval: To avoid excessive delays, if we do not receive a response within 72 hours of sending the proof, we will proceed with the final finishing and shipment of your order.

 • 🎁 Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

 • Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a new pet photo is needed), this will understandably extend your production time.

3. Estimated Transit Times (After Dispatch)

Once your artisan piece has been completed, approved, and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

 • USA: 5–10 working days.

 • CA, AUS, UK: 5–10 working days.

 • Europe: 5–10 working days.

 • Rest of World: 10–15 working days.

4. Customs, Tracking & Accuracy

 • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item is dispatched from our studio.

 • Holiday Periods: During peak seasons (Nov/Dec), please expect potential delays due to courier surges and high demand.

 • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Split Shipments for Product Protection

 • To ensure your custom treasures arrive in flawless condition, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately due to varying packaging requirements.   
 • Because our creations range from delicate hand-painted canvas to intricate jewelry and tactile handcrafted art, each piece requires specialized, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your order is split, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package as soon as it is dispatched. Rest assured, you will never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
