An artist paints the portrait by hand on canvas using your reference photograph. Keep the finished artwork dry and away from cleaning chemicals, strong friction, and prolonged direct sunlight. Dust it gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth.

What photo, size, and pet-count options should I choose?

Use a sharp, well-lit photograph that clearly shows the expression, coat colors, markings, and facial structure you want painted. Select only the canvas size and pet-count combination offered on the product page and provide a clear reference for every pet.

Will I receive a preview before production?

Yes. For handmade products, we send a design preview before formal production begins. You may request revisions during the design stage. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours after sending the preview, we may treat it as accepted and begin production based on that design.

How long will this handmade product take?

Handmade production normally takes 7-21 business days before shipment, depending on the order queue, design complexity, revisions, and seasonal demand. Production and carrier transit are separate. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery, tracking, and delay information.

Can I return or cancel this personalized product?

Personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect customer-selected option. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether materials have been prepared and production has started.
