The current leather accessories use vegetable-tanned leather and are personalized from your photograph. Depending on the design, artisans may cut, stitch, carve, emboss, paint, and finish the leather by hand. Select only the size, color, engraving, rush service, and other options shown on the product page.

What photo should I upload, and will I receive a preview?

Use a clear, front-facing image with good lighting. Additional angles can help when the upload component accepts them. We send a design preview for this handmade product before formal production begins.

Will the leather change over time, and how should I care for it?

Vegetable-tanned leather can deepen in color and develop a natural patina. Small differences in grain, stitching, carving, embossing, and finish are expected. Avoid soaking, high heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and household cleaning chemicals; allow light moisture to air-dry away from heat.

How long will this handmade product take?

Handmade production normally takes 7-21 business days before shipment, depending on the order queue, design complexity, revisions, and seasonal demand. Production and carrier transit are separate. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery, tracking, and delay information.

Can I return or cancel this personalized product?

Personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect customer-selected option.
