Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth.We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed.
Can I have more than one pet painted on one canvas?
Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet parent needs.we have costume options for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets and even 4 pets together in one portrait!
Is my photo good enough to use?
If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use.
• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
• They don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the design won't be either
We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.
Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
No this shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background. Obviously it's better if it's a plain/clear background. But don't obsess over it too much! It really doesn't make much difference.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.
What are the canvas dimensions?
We hand-paint onto three different sized canvas frames. Each frame is high-quality and gallery-ready.
The frame sizes are:
8" x 10"
A favorite for gifting. This size has a unique ratio, so our artists focus more on the face rather than the shoulder area shown in our product photos.
12" x 18"
A great mid-sized canvas. It looks perfect in entrance halls, living spaces, or right above your pet's bed.
16" x 20"
Our new favorite size. This classic ratio provides more space for finer brushwork and intricate detailing of fur textures and expressions. It is a standout piece for any pet parent.
16" x 24"
Our favorite size and consistent top seller. This large-scale canvas allows you to see the authentic textures and hand-painted details up close. We love this one!

What kind of photo works best for the portrait?
A front-facing photo with good natural light gives our artists the most detail to work with. If we have any questions about your image or need a clearer one, we’ll always reach out to you before we begin crafting—we want to make sure we get your furry friend just right!
Are these portraits printed or generated?
Not at all. Every single portrait is 100% painted by hand, one at a time, by a real artist. We never use printing or AI generation. It’s a slow, careful process because we know just how much these little creatures mean to you.
What is included with my purchase?
Each piece arrives as a complete, gift-ready set. You will receive:
- A hand-painted pet portrait on a natural pearl disc.
- A matching snake chain (available in either Silver-plated copper or Sterling silver).
- A beautiful grey velvet jewelry box.
Why does my pearl pendant look slightly uneven or not perfectly round?
That is the beauty of nature! We use genuine natural pearls, which are never perfectly round. Their surfaces feature subtle, uneven textures rather than a flat, manufactured curve, making your custom piece truly one-of-a-kind.
How long will it take to receive my custom pendant?
Because each piece is custom-made and painstakingly painted by hand, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Good things take time, and we appreciate your patience!

How do I customize my pet keychain?
We would love to create something for your furry friend! Simply upload a tagged photo of your pet below, and our artisans will craft a piece based on the image you provide.
What materials and techniques are used to make the keychain?
We use top-grade vegetable-tanned leather, which is durable and develops a beautiful patina over time. Each piece is traditionally tooled and hand-painted to capture fine details and provide a lifelike finish.
What color and size options are available?
The keychain is a 7cm diameter round charm available in five colors: Sunset Orange, Soft Pink, Forest Green, Wine Red, and Dark Brown.
Does the keychain include personalization?
Yes, we provide a free engraving service for your keychain.

How do I provide my pet's photo?
You can upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet directly during the ordering process; you are also welcome to upload multiple angles for our artisans to use as a reference.
What type of pets can you create?
We can create portraits for any pet, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and other small animals.
Is the portrait securely attached to the beanie?
Yes, the wool portrait is needle-felted directly into the knit structure and firmly attached, ensuring it will not fall off.
How long does it take to make the beanie?
Since each piece is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork, production is completed within 3–5 business days.
Can I request more than one pet on a single beanie?
Absolutely! You can choose to have one, two, or even three pets featured on your custom beanie.
